Terms + Conditions

Each company participating in the Every Body Campaign (a “Participant”) will make a donation to Sister Song, Inc. (“SisterSong”) in accordance with terms and conditions described on the Participant’s web site. SisterSong is a public charity registered under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, whose mission is to strengthen and amplify the collective voices of indigenous women and women of color to achieve reproductive justice by eradicating reproductive oppression and securing human rights. Each Participant is responsible for disclosure and compliance with its own terms and conditions and with all laws and regulations applicable to such Participant and its participation in the Every Body Campaign, and no Participant shall have any liability for the actions or omissions of any other Participant with respect thereto. Use of SisterSong’s name and trademarks in connection with the Every Body Campaign and any related promotions conducted by Participants does not constitute endorsement or recommendation by SisterSong of Participants’ products or services.
